彰化 阿章爌肉飯

Chang Hua is in the center of Taiwan. It's about half an hour drive from Taichung City. My job require me to travel a lot, and I pass by this small stall for a couples of time. 

Saw these flowers on a BIG tree by a road. 

爌肉飯 = It's the part of pork where they are meats and fats.I guess it's the best part.! The 筒仔米糕=It's actually they put some soup of the pork on the sticky rice with some minced pork. I didn't order that. 

 The business hours is from 5pm to 3am. It's just 5pm. As you can see, it's already so crowded. The crowd is the main reason that attracted me to give a try. 

The main dish, it is braised pork.

 the side dishes : eggs, sausages, veggie, bamboos, meat balls

She was requested to sit on the chair, because she normally behaves well while she is on the chair.

I encountered lots of online blogs introducing on this Latte. Isn't it super adorable???

Basically it is a 3D Bear. 

Sandwiches with fruit salad and some chips.The filling of the sandwiches are baked chicken, lettuce, tomatoes with yellow mustard. Personally, I think this is pretty normal.

White Valentine's Day

Usually, we don't really celebrate White Valentine's Day. Since there were lot of advertising saying March 14th is White Valentine's Day, I decided to make some homemade chocolate to my beloved one.
[ I know he doesn't like sweet dessert, I still insist on doing so]

D.I.Y Chocolate
I bought the ingredient from Muji ( One of the Japanese Store, where they sell clothes, furniture, food, lotion, and stationary)
1. Boil the water around 80C. (For me. when the water started to have bubbles, I turn off the fire.) Use a bowl and chop the chocolate into small pieces so they melt evenly. Do not have direct contact with water since the chocolate are delicate.
2. Stir the chocolate frequently.
3. When it is melted smoothly. pour it into the shape that you want it to .
4. Add some almond, Hazelnut or gummy bear on your own flavor.
