1. Boil the water around 80C. (For me. when the water started to have bubbles, I turn off the fire.) Use a bowl and chop the chocolate into small pieces so they melt evenly. Do not have direct contact with water since the chocolate are delicate.
2. Stir the chocolate frequently.
3. When it is melted smoothly. pour it into the shape that you want it to .
4. Add some almond, Hazelnut or gummy bear on your own flavor.
